Meet Amanda

Amanda started taking piano lessons when she was 5 and started teaching piano lessons when she was 13. She has a Bachelor's degree in Music Education and truly loves teaching music.  She has a lot experience as an accompanist for choirs and musicals, as a pianist for jazz choirs and bands, and she has done a lot of composing - helping others to bring their ideas to light, as well as many of her own.  Amanda also accompanies the Batesville School Choirs and is active in her church. Her goal as a piano teacher is for you, the student, to enjoy playing, to feel confident, and to pursue your musical passions in the direction they take you.

Outside of music, Amanda has a devoted husband and six very musical children.
