Meet Amy

Amy has been teaching lessons since she was 5 years old. She would like all her stuffed animals up in a row and teach them how to sing and play piano. She’s been hooked since that time! She desires to inspire others to love music and learn how to express themselves through the arts.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Voice and Music Education from Fort Hays State University in Kansas and has taught music ever since. She’s taught in public school Grades 1-12, private lessons, church choirs, and community groups. She sang with the Indianapolis Opera Company.

 

Amy has performed and directed many musicals and has even written 3 original Christian musicals for teens, one of which was translated into Portuguese and performed on the mission field in Brazil.
 

Amy has been married to her husband Paul for 33 years and has 3 adult children.
